“I have been overweight all of my 62 years. A year ago now my wife got me to start seeing Yadi. I knew (in my head) that I needed to get healthier, but I wasn’t particularly enthusiastic.
But Yadi quickly won me over with her kindness, her competence, and her philosophy — which shuns the “quick-fix” or a focus on manipulating numbers and insists on the long, careful change process that creates genuine health.

Early on I was dealing with osteo-arthritis in my left knee, and had to see a knee surgeon. For as long as was needed, Yadi adapted her work with me to the instructions from the knee surgeon and incorporated some of the exercises I had been paying a physio for into our warm-up time each session.
