Common questions
When will nurse visits be available?
We're launching home visits in stages. The app will show each service when it is available at your address.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
For sample collection, your doctor orders the tests first. For other services, some will need a doctor's request and some you can book yourself. The app will tell you.
Can I book a visit for a parent?
Yes. Add them to your family account and book for them. You can choose to receive their visit notes.
Need a blood test at home?
Sample collection is available now. Ask us about the other services.
