Consultations
See a doctor face to face, from anywhere.
Book a verified doctor by video, voice or chat. Notes, prescriptions and follow-ups land on the same record your family already shares — so nothing said on a call is lost.
Availability depends on your country and the doctors licensed there.

Care on every channel
Choose the format that suits the moment. The doctor sees one queue and writes to one record, whichever way you meet.
Video
Face-to-face consultations on encrypted real-time rooms, from a phone or computer browser.
Voice
Audio-only when the connection is weak or you'd rather not be on camera. Same doctor, same record.
Secure chat
Follow-up questions and photos in a private thread that sits next to the consultation it came from.
Prescriptions from the visit
Your doctor signs e-prescriptions during or after the call; they go to the pharmacy you choose.
Family visits
Bring a carer or family member into the call, and book for children or parents from one account.
Recorded only with consent
You see what's recorded, who can access it and for how long before the call starts — and you can decline.
How a consultation works
- 01
Choose a doctor and time
Pick from verified doctors and the slots shown for your area, or the first available.
- 02
Tell us what's going on
A short intake form and any photos or reports go to the doctor before the call.
- 03
Meet by video, voice or chat
Switch format during the visit if you need to — the notes carry over.
- 04
Prescriptions and follow-up
Signed scripts, lab orders and the next appointment appear on your record straight away.
One record, every format

Common questions
Do I need to install an app?
No. Consultations run in a modern browser on phone or computer. The Android app is available too, and iPhone is coming soon.
Can the doctor prescribe on a video call?
Where local rules allow it, yes. The doctor decides whether a remote consultation is clinically appropriate and can ask you to visit in person instead.
Is the consultation recorded?
Only if you agree. You'll be asked before the call starts and can say no without affecting your care.
Is this for emergencies?
No. If it's an emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department.
